El casino de Vegas anuncia una expansió de 206 milions de dòlars

PENN Entertainment va anunciar una expansió de 206 milions de dòlars en una de les propietats hoteleres de Las Vegas.

The M Resort Spa Casino expansion project will add a second tower to the Henderson resort in Las Vegas – approximately 384 rooms bringing its total to 774 rooms and suites. Along with the additional guest rooms and suites, M Resort will also expand its meeting space, update amenities, and announce additional local partnerships later.

“Everything we have been doing over the past few years has been to grow and evolve the property and further enhance the customer experience,” said Hussain Mahrous, Vice President and General Manager of M Resort Spa Casino. “This exciting resort expansion follows many large milestones in our recent timeline. We entered our 10-year partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders, opened the first-ever Raiders Tavern & Grill, added the Coors Light Chill Zone and announced partnerships with the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks. We also rebranded our live entertainment venues – Ravello Lounge to AMP’D and M Bar to M Bar Live – incorporating more than $100k in new lighting and sound, and just last week we opened the new Knight Time Hockey Bar. We are ready to welcome everyone to Henderson’s only Las Vegas Strip Resort.”

Designed by Marnell Architecture, the M Resort Spa Casino expansion and second resort tower project is slated to begin construction in 2023. Additional project announcements will be made as more information and updates become available.
